1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WiseFBA ("the Service"), operated by WiseRoad Solutions, SRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WiseFBA is a software-as-a-service platform that assists Amazon sellers with product sourcing analysis, profitability calculations, and AI-assisted buy/skip decisions. The Service is currently in beta and access is granted on a limited, invite-only basis.

3. No Investment or Purchase Advice

All analysis, AI decisions, ROI calculations, and recommendations generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or purchasing advice. WiseRoad Solutions, SRL makes no guarantee that any product will be profitable, ungated, or available. You are solely responsible for your own sourcing and purchasing decisions.

4. Beta Service

The Service is provided in beta. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share access or use the Service in any way that violates Amazon's Seller Central policies or any applicable law.

6. SP-API Credentials

If you provide your own Amazon SP-API credentials, you represent that you have the right to use them and that doing so complies with Amazon's developer terms. Your credentials are encrypted at rest and are never shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiseRoad Solutions, SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, purchasing decisions made based on the Service's output, or interruptions in service availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of WiseRoad Solutions, SRL. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
