2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the Service:

• Account data: Your email address and authentication information, managed through Clerk.
• Usage data: The ASIN lists you create, CSV imports, phase run history, and analysis results.
• Settings & preferences: Your fulfillment defaults, fee settings, and plan tier.
• SP-API credentials (optional): If you connect your own Amazon SP-API credentials, your LWA client secret and refresh token are encrypted with AES-256 (Fernet) before storage. Your client ID and seller ID are stored as identifiers. Decrypted credentials are never exposed through any interface or log.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the Service
• To run sourcing and AI analysis on your ASIN lists
• To enforce plan limits and manage your account
• To contact you regarding your account or beta access

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate WiseFBA:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management. Clerk's privacy policy applies to authentication data.
• Railway — Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis of product data. Product details and financial metrics are sent to Anthropic's API. No personal account information is included in these requests.
• SerpAPI — Supplier sourcing search results.
• Amazon SP-API — Market data and fee estimates. Requests are made using your credentials or shared platform credentials.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@thewiseroad.com.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the services listed in Section 4 as necessary to operate the platform.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted credential storage, HTTPS-only access, and access-controlled infrastructure. No system is completely secure; use the Service at your own risk.
